初めまして、私はサンシャイン（Sunshine）と申します。麻婆豆腐の故郷である四川省の出身です。教育に情熱を注いで師範学校を卒業しました。
　性格においては、私はしし座の性格と思いますが、蟹座とよく言われます。なぜかというと、明るくてみんなを笑顔にするのが大好きなしし座の面がありますが、母性が強く世話好きな蟹座の面がもっとあると言われています。なので、自分もどちらに属するかわからないです。一言で言えば、私は明るくて、思いやりがありますが、厳しい面もあります。皆さんが笑いと喜びをもたらしながらしっかり勉強できるのは私の願望です。

●どのように指導するか

１．学生さんに合う教え方を選びます。
　学生さんのレベルに合わせたり、学びたい要望を聞かせて目標を設定していただきます。その目標に到達することを目指し、学生さんが使いたくない方法で無理に授業を行わなく、学生さんが「これならできそう」と思える方法を選ぶようにします。
２．事前に課題を用意します。
　オンライン学習は、学生にとって到達点が見えにくく、不安な学習形態と言われていますので、教材の準備を始める前に、当該の授業回で学生に最低限理解してもらいたい内容を、小テストや論述課題を用意します。例としては、3問程度の小テスト・クイズ、100字程度の記述問題などがあります。
３．教材などを事前準備します。
　私は先生として、課題などを用意するほか、教えるに使用する教材の教える内容を事前にしっかりと整理することにエフォートします。
４．独自の教材を用意します。
　既存の教材では不足する情報、過去に多くの学生がつまづいた問題の解説、既存教材を読む際の論点・観点を示す際に、事前準備した独自の教材を使用します。

●どのようなレベルまで指導できるか
　わたしは中国の四川省出身で、中国語は私の母国語となります。また、日本語の能力検定も持っていますので、初心者の場合は日本語を使いますが、基礎のある学生さんに教えれば、即座に言語を適宜に切り替えたり、表現を変えたりして効率よく、初心者からビジネスまで、カジュアルな会話練習からHSK等試験対策まで幅広く対応可能です。
